Rental Bookings & Inquires

Effective September 1, 2025, the Chilliwack Central Elementary Community School Society (CCECSS) will no longer manage rentals for the facility. Going forward, all rental bookings and inquiries will be handled directly by the School District’s Facility Rental Department.

The Society will continue to operate within the school, but all facility rental support will now be provided by the School District’s Facility Rental Department.

This change comes with a new rental process, updated contact information, and revised rental rates. If you currently have a contract with CCECSS for rentals occurring on or after September 1, 2025, please contact the Facility Rental Department to arrange a new contract (permit).
