Programs
Central works with community members to provide programming that respectfully engages inner core community members from all age, ethnic, and socio-economic realms that promote services and opportunities to support families and their children.
These supports are delivered during and after the school day through the collaboration of the School District, community agencies, and our Community School.
Winter Programming
We offer after-school programs(such as soccer, basketball, karate, art classes, etc.) throughout the school year. Some are free or reduced-cost.

Central Sockeye Preschool
Come and join the fun at our licensed early learning hub! We have morning and afternoon classes on Monday through Thursday. We are part of the Child Care Operating Fund and accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit.

Early Years Family Navigator

Downtown Family Place
Drop-In Centre for families with children ages birth to 6 years old. They are a drop-in program with play-based learning to help parents and children build healthy attachment.
